  1. Returns for Defective or Damaged Furniture: If you receive a product from Kao Furniture that is defective or damaged, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Customers must notify us about the defect or damage within 48 hours of receiving the product.

To initiate the return process, customers must provide photographic evidence or any relevant documentation of the defect or damage.

  1. Return Eligibility: Kao Furniture accepts returns only for defective or damaged items reported within the specified time frame. We do not accept returns for any other reasons, including change of mind or personal preference.
  2. Refund Process: As part of our policy, we do not offer monetary refunds. If your return request is approved due to a manufacturing defect or damage during transit, we will provide you with a replacement product of the same model and specifications.
  3. Return Shipping: In the case of an eligible return, Kao Furniture will cover the cost of return shipping. Customers are required to use the provided return shipping label and follow the instructions provided by our customer support team.
  4. Responsibility for Damaged Items During Transit: Please note that Kao Furniture is not responsible for any damages that occur during transit. We take utmost care in packaging our products securely to minimize the risk of damage during delivery. However, once the item leaves our warehouse and is in the possession of the shipping carrier, any damages that occur are beyond our control. In such cases, customers must file a claim with the shipping carrier directly.
  5. Furniture Assembly: For products that require assembly, Kao Furniture cannot accept returns for items that have been assembled unless there is a clear defect or damage. Disassembling and returning such items might cause additional damages and affect their resale value.
  6. Non-Refundable Items: The following items are non-refundable:

Custom-made furniture: Items that have been specifically customized or personalized to your preferences.

Clearance and discounted items: Products purchased during clearance sales or at discounted prices.

Please retain the original packaging materials as they may be required for the return process.

Refunds or replacements will be processed within a reasonable time frame after we receive and inspect the returned product.
